In an effort to spread the word and help out our friends who are implementing or plan on implementing Scrum, Emerson and Steven will be hosting the first of many "Scrum Clinic" in Hong Kong. We hope that you'll bring some friends and and join us for this clinic. Our theme for this first clinic will be "Kick starting Scrum: top-down and bottom-up." and we plan on having a short introductory talk followed by a hands-on workshop session where we will focus on real-world problems and how to address them when starting Scrum in your organization or team. Bring your questions and come relax with us while we explore the "guts" of Scrum.
