Story Mapping

Story mapping helps you create and organize a product backlog by focusing on the activities that users undertake to achieve their goals. Story maps help product owners make strategic decisions about what constitutes a minimum viable product, help teams better understand the context and value of features, and give everyone a central artifact they can use to ground discussions about the product and its domain.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the benefits of story mapping by collaborating with other participants to build a story map for a fictitious product.
