What to Expect

This is a two-day hands on workshop introduces candidates to Agile Scrum Product Owner principles and practices. The course enables students to come out of the class to become a Scrum Product Owner who is ready to undertake their role in their team and organization, and understands how manage the product backlog.

• Plan a release and sprint
• Know how to monitor progress and plan
• Know several techniques to actively feed the backlog
• Understand how a backlog differs from common project plans
• How to use Return of Investment as a way to prioritize work.

After the Workshop:
You’ll register for ScrumArabia.com and you’ll be a Tactical Product Owner. You can retake courses at no additional cost within one year of certification.
