Presentation: Personal Kanban – Mapping Work | Navigating Life
Based on the book by Jim Benson, this presentation will look at how Personal Kanban is more than just about increasing productivity. Personal Kanban is about choosing the right work at the right time. Recognizing why we do the things we do. Understanding the impact of our actions. Creating value – not just product. For ourselves, our families, our friends and our co-workers.
Presenter: Kate Megaw, CSM, PMP
Kate is a Certified ScrumMaster with over 10 years of industry experience. With a background in project management and training, Kate has spent much of her career managing and leading teams for global companies like XcitekSolutionsPlus (XSP). She is a frequent presenter at PMI chapter events and a guest speaker at the UAB Post Graduate IEM program at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Kate has successfully implemented Scrum at multiple companies and experienced firsthand the benefits that Agile Project Management can bring.
