At the next meetup we will be trying out the World Cafe conversational
process to share knowledge. Briefly the process works like this. A
global topic is chosen as the purpose of the meeting. We then break
out into separate tables and discuss our experiences and questions in
more detail. After about 20 minutes or so, one table-member stays
behind and everyone else goes to a new table with different people.
The remaining table-member catches everyone up on the previous
conversation and the new group extends the conversation. Rinse and
repeat. After 3 sessions or so, we share our experiences and
insights. You can find our more here:

In order for this to work, I'm limiting attendance to the first 20
people who respond. I also need a commitment that you can attend.
Please sign up through eventbrite so I know you can make it. We will
pick a venue and topic after we have gathered the participants.

I think this will be a good opportunity to learn both about Scrum as
well as the World Cafe process.
Thanks and looking forward to seeing you,
Max
