This month, Andrew Burrows will present on how retrospectives are conducted at Large Animal.

The presentation will cover the following topics:

  • Shake'n'Bake Retrospective: How we get maximum value from a 45 minute (or less) retrospective

Andrew Burrows is a Senior Producer at Large Animal Games in New York City. He began as a game designer at Jester Interactive in 2000 before moving to Warthog Games in 2001, where he published Mace Griffin: Bounty Hunter, Battlestar Gallactica and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

After a stint as a designer at Rebellion Games, Burrows moved to Travellers Tales (now known as TT Games) in 2004, where he was associate producer for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, F1 Grand Prix and producer for Transformers: The Movie.

In 2008, Burrows entered the social games market. He moved across the pond and joined Large Animal Games as senior producer. He is currently responsible for several teams and many projects, including Office World, Bumper Stars and Lucky Strike Bowling.

When not working, Burrows spends time with his pregnant wife, prepares for the arrival of his son and enjoys eating peanuts at Yankee Stadium. You can follow him on Twitter @readytoscrumble.
