Bob Hartman: Collaborative Exercises Useful for Release Planning
Collaboration doesn't mean working on a shared document. It means interacting with each other in meaningful ways. This highly interactive, workshop-style presentation will present some collaboration techniques focusing on those which can be used before and during agile release planning to dig out details which might otherwise be missed.
If your organization struggles with understanding true customer needs, or you struggle with estimating the size of a release, or you simply can't manage to remember everything necessary for a successful release, then you should definitely attend this presentation!
