Our forth meeting will be in two parts.

We will be starting the first in a series of sessions where we explore in detail several Scrum meetings. We will be holding a mock 'Sprint Planning' meeting where the group participates in and discusses various tips on the nuances of this important event.

The second portion of the evening will be the first in a series of tool demonstrations. The tool Scrum Works will be demonstrated by a member who has used it for years, with a discussion of various strengths and weaknesses.
