Theme: "How to create a high performance environment."

At this event some of the challenges organizations face, when high-performance teams are established, will be elucidated. Various management and team development models, eg. Appreciative Inquery and team development models from Tuckman and Katzenbach & Smith will be introduced and supplemented with examples of team development exercises, which can be used for the strengthening of team identity and to catalyze the process.

The attendees will gain an insight of how they, as leaders or members of Scrum teams, can make their contribution to enter the hyper performing stage and an appreciative environment. At the end of the meeting discussion and exchange of experience will be facilitated between delegates.

Speaker: Bent Myllerup, Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), co-initiator of Scrum User Group Denmark, Software Development Manager and Product Owner at TC Electronic, Denmark. Bent is working part time as an independent consultant and has experience with applying training, teambuilding and coaching to companies who wishes to introduce agile processes or optimize already initiated actions. He is also keen on presenting Scrum-related topics at various events including the Scrum Gathering in Orlando this March.
