This inaugural event will be a round table in which participants share a little about their experience with scrum. We will ask attendees currently involved in an endeavor using scrum to take a few minutes to share their experience.  In particular it would be interesting to hear how closely they have attempted to follow "textbook" practices, what their biggest pain points have been, and the different ways have they diverged from "textbook" (and why).  Or ... whatever it is about their current experience they feel others might find interesting!
