Certified Scrum Product Owner
Though each CSPO course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Scrum Product Owner courses focus on Scrum from a product owner's perspective. Graduates will receive the CSPO designation. All CSPO course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers.
Dieses zweitägige Seminar vermittelt Ihnen das notwendige Wissen, um als Product Owner erfolgreich arbeiten zu können. Nach Besuch des Seminars verstehen Sie die Rolle des Product Owner zusammen mit Rechten und Pflichten und der Interaktion mit den anderen Scrum-Rollen. Sie lernen, wie Sie Scrum zur Optimierung von Kundenzufriedenheit und Wertschöpfung einsetzen können. Hierzu zählen das Kreieren einer Produktvision, das Erstellen und Pflegen des Product Backlog, das Entwerfen eines realistischen Release-Plans, Techniken zur Priorisierung von Anforderungen und das progressive Verfeinern von Anforderungen.
Ziel
Die Teilnehmer werden zum Certified Scrum Product Owner ausgebildet.
Voraussetzungen
Die Teilnehmer müssen über Basiswissen im Bereich Produktmanagement verfügen. Zusätzlich müssen die Teilnehmer folgende Bücher gelesen haben:
