Learn the essentials of working as a ScrumMaster or Scrum team member in this course. While the Scrum Alliance provides a list of core concepts that must be covered in the class, each instructor creates his or her own material, allowing courses to differ based on the strengths, interests, and experiences of the instructor.

The course will be conducted in English with a Spanish co-trainer. Spanish and English version of materials are provided, exercises are in English and Spanish.

Purpose of the Course

Certified Scrum Master Training by Innovel will teach you about the Scrum framework, the roles, and the techniques to plan and implement Scrum in your projects. This is a very interactive and enjoyable workshop style class with discussion exercises and group-oriented simulations. We will show you how to deliver working, potentially shippable software every 1 to 4 weeks. The process is simple, repeatable and reliable.

We will work through exercises for planning and estimating and write user stories, a preferred format for agile requirements.
We will show you how Lean, Agile, and Scrum fit together to form principles, practices and thinking tools that can transform your organization.

The instructor Robin Dymond is an international consultant and trainer with 7 years of experience using Scrum with more than 20 teams in Europe, Canada, South America and USA.
