Any attendees without that background will find the course difficult because they lack real world experiences to draw from and to support relevant discussions. REeading matrials should include scrum topics and other sources avaialble.
This couse is suited for people who currently are on product development teams or managing product development efforts. This course is designed to teach the agile development best practices necessary to for success.
