Learn the essentials of working as a Product Owner in this two-day class.

This seminar is being presented in the unique setting of the Berteig Consulting offices. With a maximum class size of five people, this seminar is designed to allow participants to dig deep into the role of the Product Owner. The first day will be an introduction to Scrum slanted towards the role of the Product Owner. The second day will be an in-depth look at this role. After completing this course, attendees of this seminar will be able to create and manage a Product Backlog, work with a Scrum Team to create high-quality software, and use the Scrum framework to build and deliver the right software.
