Learn the essentials of working as a ScrumMaster or Scrum team member in this course. While the Scrum Alliance provides a list of core concepts that must be covered in the class, each instructor creates his or her own material, allowing courses to differ based on the strengths, interests, and experiences of the instructor.

My courses are aim to provide a fun and interactive learning experience in the art of Scrum. Delegates will enjoy a balanced blend of both exercises and theory to understand the basics of Scrum and especially the ScrumMaster role itself.

This course is scheduled to be held at the prestigious Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, South Wales.

Since it's opening in June 1999, the Millennium Stadium has welcomed over 1.3 Million visitors per year. With the first retractable roof in the UK, the Stadium is a multi-purpose, all round venue. With a UEFA 5-Star rating and two Rugby World Cups, a Wales Grand Slam, six FA Cup Finals plus a plethora of major concerts and motorsports events on its CV, the Millennium Stadium is established as a world class must play, must visit venue and has played home to five major sporting bodies over the last eight years.

Cardiff itself has extensive transport links, and boasts a wide array of hotels, restaurants and entertainment to suit all tastes.

This Certified ScrumMaster course is based around the Scrum framework itself, and delves into detail for each part of its simple flow. Delegates are expected to participate in various classroom exercises and provide input to discussions and debate.

This ScrumMaster course is aimed at all members of a delivery team (designers, analysts, testers, developers, customers, project managers etc) and will introduce the roles and responsibilities within an effective Scrum team.
