Product Owners must have the deep the skills to navigate market pressures and channel the energy of well formed teams to deliver results.

This two-day Certified Scrum Product Owner course puts you on the path to become a great leader for a team or teams and steer that energy towards successful completion of products with real value. On completion, participants are registered as Certified Scrum Product Owners (CSPOs), which includes a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, (www.scrumalliance.org).

Our course leverages our applied industry experience. We help you cut down the learning curve by sharing what we have learned in an applied immersion experience built from our industry experience. We incorporate techniques used successfully in product development efforts with teams as large as 80, and across numerous industry verticals, attendees will be better equipped to connect sprints into a smooth flow of value delivered and realize the promise of agile adaptation.

It is vital that today’s agile practitioners be able to retain what they have learned and apply it to their jobs. Our training leverages modern adult learning with both robust simulations and discussion. We train so that participants can put the ideas presented to immediate practical use.
