Certified Scrum Product Owner
Though each CSPO course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Scrum Product Owner courses focus on Scrum from a product owner's perspective. Graduates will receive the CSPO designation. All CSPO course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers.
This is a sepecial conversion class that we run to enable people who have attended a CSM class of Boris Gloger to become also a Certified Product Owner. Prerequisite for this class is that you attended a CSM class given by Boris Gloger in South Africa in 2007 or 2008.
The Product Owner is the driving force behind a Scrum Product Development Project. The Product Owner is responsible for the success of the project. The person who takes this role in a Scrum environment guides all product development by creating a Vision and managing the project on strategical level.
Certified ScrumMaster know already about this role - in this class they will learn, how to create a vision and run a project on strategical level.
