As a ScrumMaster, Product Owner or team member you need to plan and estimate in an agile way. Planning is a dialogue and the plan is a conversation tool. Agile Planning and Estimation shows you the necessary steps to be able to run this agile process successfully.

You will know learn the fundamental communication assets for planning and estimating agile projects. You are will also be able to build an appropriate product backlog. The concepts of size and velocity will be tackled in detail so that your projects will meet deadlines.
