ABOUT THE COURSE
Martine Devos is offering a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training course in Athens on Tuesday and Wednesday Juli 24 and 25. This two-day course will provide a comprehensive in-depth training in Scrum practice, taught by a ScrumAlliance Certified Scrum Trainer who trained ScrumMasters all over the world. The course will cover all certification topics and focus on agile estimation, team work including onshore / offshore development using Scrum; release planning, agile requirements and agile management and lean principles.
ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION
All attendees who complete the course will become Certified ScrumMasters (CSMs), and will be listed on the Scrum Alliance website's CSM registry. As Certified ScrumMasters, they will also receive an individual license, Scrum training materials, and Scrum templates, and they will have access to the Scrum Alliance website's ScrumMaster restricted areas. Attendees who are Project Management Institute PMP's are eligible for 14 Professional Development Units.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Martine Devos is organizational development consultant and trainer with comprehensive business background, strong analytical skills and passion for detecting and solving tough problems.
As a and assertive leader she brought many projects and product development efforts back on track in both government and services sector.
She has extensive managerial experience in both traditional and agile environments. She mastered successive waves of technology innovation to conceptualize, design and deploy mission critical business-focused ICT solutions in Fortune 500 companies and in the public sector.
She trains and coaches teams in agile principles and practices of Scrum, Extreme Programming and Lean Software Engineering. For her first Scrum project she got the title of ICT manager of the year in 1998.
She initiated and successfully implemented organizational and cultural change initiatives at both companywide and team level in multicultural environments.
She is a persuasive communicator, public speaker and published author focused on methods to bridge the semantic gap between business and technology. She loves to teach and can do in English, French and Dutch. She can answer questions in German and Spanish. She has coaching and teaching experience on all continents.
