All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

Al termine del corso, sarai in grado di:

• Capire i valori ed i principi Scrum, cosi’ come le sinergie tra gli elementi del Framework
• Riconoscere le principali responsabilità dei Ruoli, cosi’ come definiti nel Framework
• Saper utilizzare ciascun artefatto del Framework, e capirne lo scopo
• Preparare e partecipare in tutte le cerimonie (meetings) Scrum
• Apprezzare le differenze tra Scrum ed approcci piu’ tradizionali tipo Waterfall
• Comprendere il Ruolo dello ScrumMaster, come coach e leader del Team
• Approfondire il concetto di Agile e Servant leadership
