Though each CSPO course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Scrum Product Owner courses focus on Scrum from a product owner's perspective. Graduates will receive the CSPO designation. All CSPO course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers.

A good Product Owner drives delivery of value to customers and users and is therefore plays a critical role in a Scrum team.

Good product ownership starts with a strong vision for the product, understanding how the product provides value to customers and users and how to maximize the value over time through iterative and incremental releases of the product.  The Product Owner sets measurable goals for the product and is able to articulate the vision and goals to all stakeholders and the team, helping the team to deliver the product in the most effective way.

In this intense, two day workshop, you will learn how the Product Owner role fits into the Scrum team in order to drive maximum product value over time.

Through a series of activities, including game play, role play, interactive exercises, case studies and in depth group discussions, you will experience what it's like to be a Product Owner on a Scrum team.

If you are, or are going to be the Product Owner on a Scrum team or want to achieve an in depth understanding of the Product Owner role, this course will equip you to maximize your effectiveness or to help other Product Owners to maximize their effectiveness in the Product Owner role.
