All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

Certified Scrum Master Course：Along with the specifics of the Scrum Master role, the class will build strong foundational knowledge of Scrum as well as other elements of agile practices. We will also spend some time discussing on how to apply Scrum in the real world, within real companies and with real teams, giving the students a headstart on the implementation process.

讲师介绍Trainer Profile：

主讲导师Alan是全球少数同时拥有CST与CSC双认证的导师之一。曾在包括贝尔实验室等跨国公司担任高级产品经理，从事专业技术超过30年。在亚马逊担任网络服务部高级开发经理时，Alan发现了Scrum。他成为了认证Scrum Master，并带领他的团队在使用Scrum一年之后，成功发布Amazon S3。这成为Codie奖获奖的网络服务，提供了无限网络连接存储。 

Amazon S3项目的成功，以及Alan对Scrum方法的热爱，使Scrum在亚马逊网广泛散布开来。Allan成为了认证Scrum培训师和亚马逊第一个全职敏捷培训师和教练。他的经验使他立志成为认证Scrum教练，然后转换职业为全职敏捷教练和培训师。Alan在2009年敏捷大会和慕尼黑Scrum聚会中给过演讲。 

Alan Atlas has been professionally involved in high tech for nearly thirty years. While a Sr. Development Manager in Web Services at Amazon.com, Alan discovered Scrum. He became a Certified Scrum Master and he and his team used Scrum for over a year to successfully deliver Amazon S3, the Codie-award-winning web service that provides unlimited Internet-connected storage.

The success of the Amazon S3 project and Alan’s enthusiasm for the Scrum methodology led to widespread Scrum adoption within Amazon.com. Alan became a Certified Scrum Trainer and the first fulltime Agile Trainer/Coach at Amazon. His experiences in this capacity led him to seek and achieve the Certified Scrum Coach designation, and then to make a career switch into fulltime Agile coaching and training. Alan has presented at Agile2009 and the Munich Scrum Gathering.

Ethan Soo 苏于登：

Ethan毕业于美国密歇根大学，获得硕士学位。是一位有着超过十五年相关软件开发、项目实施与跨区域领导产品上线经验的敏捷实践积极推进者。2009年他创立了康仕诚顾问咨询有限公司，努力将敏捷实施带向各大公司。2011 年，Ethan在三个半月内成功协助EF Labs 200人开发团队，完成了Scrum的全面转型。

Ethan graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a master degree in Computer Science and Engineering. As the founder and principal consultant of Conscient Consulting Group (CCG), he is bringing agile to all the organizations to help them better meet the rigorous challenges of the modern market. Ethan founded CCG in Hong Kong in 2009. To better service many creative technology organizations in the Great China region. In 2011 he transitioned the 200 developers of EF Labs successfully in 3months. Before that he also work with the agile practice in lots company, such as Microsoft @MSN and Tokuii.

Jacob Creech 刘虎：

Jacob有超过8年的网络科技工作经验，有三年以上的敏捷软件开发经验。Jacob先前在新西兰担任网站开发的项目经理，负责用户体验和产品设计优化。他曾在一些创业公司、政府部门及大型企业推进敏捷实践，向他们提供辅导和教练的服务，实现Scrum模式下的商业利益最大化。

Jacob Creech had around 8 years of experience in wide range of roles in web technology companies, and 3+ years experience in delivering projects with Scrum. Jacob began his career as a project manager in web development in New Zealand focus on great user experience and user centered design. He has worked with a wide variety of teams from startups to government departments and larger enterprises modeling Scrum best practices, providing ongoing mentoring and coaching, helping businesses to get the most value out of Scrum, and developing strong teams that lead to great organizational culture and create great working environments.
