Certified ScrumMaster
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
In this course course you will learn all the essentials needed in order to act as a ScrumMaster for one or more development teams and thus, be giving you the background to start your journey towards increased productivity, faster ROI, and deliver increased value to your customers through Scrum.
Scrum is the fastest growing approach to agile project management and through this course, you as a participant will learn to use the framework of Scrum, how Scrum can be established in your projects and how to navigate in the cultural change required to implement Scrum. At the end of this 2-day course, you will be eligible for membership in the Scrum Alliance™ and you have the opportunity to obtain certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM) by completing the following certification test.
The course is conducted through the principles of “Training from the Back of the Room” where the participants' own experiences are brought together with the certified teacher's deep knowledge of the topics. Learning comes in a high degree forward through well designed exercises.
The participants gain a basic understanding of values, principles and practices of Scrum, and learn how to act as ScrumMaster for one or more self-organizing teams and how to support the collaboration with the Product Owner and the rest of the organization.

Project participants plus new and experienced project managers who wants to apply agile methodologies. Existing experience with Scrum is an advantage but not a requirement for participation.
