  • This course fulfills the technical skills requirement on the Certified Scrum Developer track.

Objectives

Develop in participants a deep practical understanding of agile engineering best practices software development, through practical experience and discussions, supported by lecture introductions.

The course focuses on design and architecture practices, configuration management, integration and product delivery practices, and supporting collaboration practices as they complement the development activities.

Audience

Developers and other technical staff related to development teams, including developers, testers, analysts, quality assurance and improvement analysts, architects, technology administrators, etc.

Development managers and project managers will profit from the workshop but might be put well out of their zone of comfort by the need to perform development activities (though such activities will mostly be performed by groups that will provide peer support).
