Advanced Certified Scrum Master

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.



This advanced CSM is for people who have a working knowledge of Scrum, and are not yet certified. This course will cover the certification topics fairly quickly and then move on to more advanced topics not usually covered by a CSM.

This is an advanced course and therefore anyone looking to learn more about Scrum should attend. We assume you have a good working grasp of Scrum, at least 6 months exposure to working in a scrum team. There are many subtleties to the Scrum framework which people miss. This course is a great opportunity for experienced people to validate their understanding and practices to improve their Scrum adoption.
