Certified ScrumMaster
Training + Certification + Extras
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
Presented by GoodAgile, which has trained and certified more CSM's in India than any other company.

Taught by a highly experienced agile leader and coach Alan Atlas has been in the technology industry since 1980, first as a hardware engineer at Bell Laboratories, then as a UNIX kernel hacker at MASSCOMP, and finally as a technical manager at various levels at a number of different software companies. As a Development Manager at Amazon.com, Alan managed the development and release of Amazon S3, a web service that offers Internet-connected storage for web applications of all kinds. The S3 team adopted Scrum for their project, and this became a career-changing experience for Alan, who followed his CSM with CSP, CSC, and CST certifications. Alan became the first Amazon Scrum Trainer/Coach. He left Amazon to pursue Agile Training and Coaching full-time with Rally Software, and then after a few years returned to product development at Scanbuy, Inc., where as CTO he uses his Agile knowledge and experience to create a winning engineering organization. |

Our students love the training 97% of our students say "the GoodAgile CSM class was worth the time and money - even ignoring the value of the certification". And 98% said they were likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague. We get comments like this one from Ashok Rai in Bangalore all the time: "This was the best training I have ever attended!". The content includes best practices and advice for using Scrum with multi-location / distributed projects, project estimation and delivery-date planning and tracking in Scrum, fixed-price / fixed-date projects in Scrum, Scrum tools, and scaling Scrum for large projects or organizations. |
