Certified ScrumMaster in English

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

How does Scrum work? How is agile development different than the classical approach? How do you get started? How do you estimate work? How do you plan a Sprint? What changes can you expect when you do Scrum? This course provides you with the answers to your questions and gives you an intense, hands-on look at Scrum, so you know how to move forwards.

After taking this course, you should:

• Understand in your head how Scrum works
• Feel in your gut why Scrum works
• Know in your hands how to do Scrum

In short, you should be able to start your first Scrum Project, improve your performance in an existing Scrum project and answer important questions about whether Scrum is appropriate for your organization. And you qualify to become a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (online test required).
