Certified Scrum Product Owner
Advanced Requirements with Innovation GamesĀ®
Though each CSPO course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Scrum Product Owner courses focus on Scrum from a product owner's perspective. Graduates will receive the CSPO designation. All CSPO course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers.
Certified Scrum Product Owner Training
Excella Consulting is excited to announce our new and improved Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training course. Unlike the CSPO course we have offered in the past, Excella's new CSPO class is a completely redesigned course that goes into more advanced concepts in the areas of providing vision, requirements, planning, and the Product Owner role. These concepts are presented in a highly interactive and collaborative format with elements of lecture, classroom discussion, exercises, games, and video interwoven throughout the class.
Innovation Games®
This course will also provide a deep-dive in the modern product innovation method, Innovation Games. Innovation Games are a collection of qualitative research and problem solving techniques, based on the collaborative facilitation of customers, colleagues, partners and the community at large. The techniques include both open ended and more focused methods for achieving actionable insights and results.
Who Should Sign Up
The class is great for current Scrum Product Owners, business analysts, ScrumMasters, testers or anyone involved with creating requirements, gathering needs, and managing projects.
Note: The advanced CSPO course assumes that attendees already have a basic understanding of Scrum via our Agile and Scrum in a Day course, a Certified ScrumMaster course, or equivalent Scrum experience.

Upon completion of the course, students will be credentialed as Certified Scrum Product Owners. Additionally, this course counts towards 14 PMI Professional Development Units (PDUs)/contact hours.
