Certified ScrumMaster

CSM + PMI-ACP Prep Course 3 Days

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

The PMI-ACP℠ recognizes an individual’s knowledge of agile principles, practices, tools and techniques across various agile methods. The Certified ScrumMaster is a person who is recognized as a journeyman toward expert Scrum application. Get the best of both worlds in this three-day class!

The purpose of this course is to teach attendees about applying various agile methods and help them navigate the application process and study appropriately in order to pass the PMI-ACP exam. Due to the heavy Scrum emphasis in the curriculum, as well as that potential ScrumMasters will be exposed to other agile methods in this class besides Scrum, participants will be eligible to sit for the CSM exam.

There are many CSM+PMI ACP training programs in existence. We urge you to keep in mind why you should choose us: AgileEvolution courses are taught by instructors who have applied agile methods in our own work or within our clients’ organizations. Secondarily, we are PMPs, PMI-ACPs and in some cases, CSTs (Certified Scrum Trainers).

You’re not going to sit through this class while someone reads slides to you and bores you with terminology. Rather, you’ll learn to experience various agile methods and get a feel for how they work in our three-day immersion. You’ll get to experience results in the classroom and build skills that you can take back to work with you.
