CSM Training

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

Op 7 en 8 juni 2012 organiseren we een officiële Certified ScrumMaster training. De training wordt gegeven door Michael Franken en Marco Mulder en is in het Nederlands.

De training kost Eur 1695 ex. btw. inclusief materiaal, registratie als Certified ScrumMaster bij de Scrum Alliance, fris, koffie, thee, en lunch.

In de 2-daagse training wordt uitgelegd hoe en waar Agile en Scrum zijn ontstaan, wat de belangrijke verschillen zijn met een traditionele aanpak, en hoe het werkt. Dit middels steeds afwisselende theorie, praktijkoefeningen en Agile games. Deelnemers zijn na de training in staat om Scrum toe te passen in hun project. De training wordt zelf ook op basis van Scrum gevoerd, en deelnemers hebben de mogelijkheid om de inhoud van de training (training backlog) zelf op te stellen en te veranderen.

De Certified ScrumMaster training is voor alle niveaus en rollen zoals it managers, designers, testers, developers en project managers.
