Certified ScrumMaster with Lego

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.



Have fun while learning! In this Certified ScrumMaster course with the UK's first Certified Scrum Trainer and Certified Scrum Coach, the Scrum framework will be brought to life using a fun case-study involving Lego allowing participants to experience what it would be like to plan and execute a Scrum project.

Learn the Scrum framework for an agile project and the essentials of working as a ScrumMaster or Scrum team member. Through a fun mix of theoretical explanation, problem exploration and practical exercises, this 2-day course will equip attendees for their first Scrum project or enable them to reflect on their projects and become more agile.

Attendees will learn, through doing and questioning, about Scrum concepts and artefacts such as the Product Backlog, release planning, Sprint planning, the Daily Scrum and burndown charts. They will also learn that, despite being a simple framework, it is deceptively simple as Scrum requires discipline and hard work to be effective.

Courses are small, allowing for plenty of questions and discussions to encourage sharing of stories and experiences throughout.
