Certified ScrumMaster Workshop

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.



 

This workshop leads to ScrumMaster certification through the Scrum Alliance, and is worth 14 PDUs through the Project Management Institute (PMI) for Project Managers working on maintaining their PMP credential.

What to expect: Our instructional style is highly interactive, so you will be moving about, participating in games and simulations. Participation in any physical exercise is of course optional--in fact the role of "observer" is quite valuable, so feel free to participate at your ability and comfort levels.

This book is a field guide to the real-world application of scrum. We recommend you prepare for the workshop by reading A Week in the Life of a Scrum Team.
