Certified ScrumMaster - Shanghai

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.



 

This Certified ScrumMaster 2-day course will drive you to learn Scrum in depth from theory to practice.

On the day one, we begin with the Scrum foundation, including its history, self-managing as a key element, and how an empirical process control applies for complex projects. Then, we go over the Scrum framework in brief. Lack of transparency and how it leads to legacy software are the topics after that. We introduce the concept - Definition of Done, and good engineering practices essential for getting Done. Gradually, we move to more practical topics about meetings in the Scrum framework, including their purposes and how to make them effective.

On the day two, in the morning, we cover Product Owner, Product backlog and release planning done in the form of continuous backlog grooming. In the afternoon, we shall explore Scrum Master’s roles/ responsibilities and the scrum team in details, and clarify lots of misconceptions there. Scrum implementation happens in the context of Organization as the next topic. In the end of the course, we shall discuss the main scaling techniques for multiple-team environment and share trainer's experience learning to assure the understanding of essentials.

课程时间安排

第一天:我们会从Scrum的基础开始,包括它的历史,自发管理的关键要素,和在复杂项目如何应用经验主义的流程控制。然后,我们会简单地讲解Scrum的框架。之后,将会是缺乏透明度及其带来的遗留代码的话题。然后,我们会介绍“完成的定义”的概念,以及必要的工程实践。慢慢地,我们会转到更加实践性的话题,关于在Scrum框架中的会议,包括他们的目的以及如何使之高效。

第二天:早上,我们会讲到Product Owner, Product backlog和渐进式的发布计划,下午,我们会具体探究Scrum Master的角色和团队的角色,并且澄清许多已有的误解。接下来的话题是Scrum的在组织环境下的执行实施。课程的最后,我们会谈到在多个团队的环境中扩展Scrum的要点,并且分享培训师本人在这个领域的经验。

 

课程讲师

培训师吕毅先生是全球首位,也是唯一的一位具有Scrum认证资质的华人Scrum CST.吕毅是中国敏捷推广的先行者之一。2005年,吕毅开始在诺基亚-西门子研发中心组建第一个Scrum团队,进而将合作和实践范围扩大到整个研发中心,取得了非常显著的效果。吕毅从2007年初开始从事Scrum培训工作,曾受邀参加各种专业研讨会,论坛和敏捷推广活动。他有丰富的敏捷知识和专业的授课能力,已在国内培训并认证了很多位CSM。
