Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Training in Bologna Italy (in Italiano)

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

Al termine del corso, sarai in grado di:

• Capire i valori ed i principi Scrum, cosi' come le sinergie tra gli elementi del Framework
• Riconoscere le principali responsabilità dei Ruoli, cosi' come definiti nel Framework
• Saper utilizzare ciascun artefatto del Framework, e capirne lo scopo
• Preparare e partecipare in tutte le cerimonie (meetings) Scrum
• Apprezzare le differenze tra Scrum ed approcci piu' tradizionali tipo Waterfall

• Imparare tecniche di stima agile
• Creare Backlog items
• Scrivere user stories in maniera chiara ed efficace
• Capire come fare una Release Planning con Scrum
• Saper facilitare uno Sprint Planning
• Migliorare il Teamwork (una parte fondamentale dell'approccio agile)
• Gestire gli Impedimenti e come rimuoverli
• Influenzare il team verso la self-organization, e capire che implicazioni ha con Scrum
• Conoscere alcune technice differenti per la risoluzione dei conflitti 
• Aiutare un team ad adottare Scrum o a migliorare il loro utilizzo di Scrum
• Capire i fattori che permettono a Scrum di funzionare e a te di avere successo

Il Corso si indirizza a tutti coloro che vogliono capire Scrum in dettaglio, e entrare nella mentalita' agile. Se siete gia' ScrumMaster sara' una opportunita' importante per scambiare esperienza e stabilire nuovi contatti. Il corso sara' estremamente interattivo, verranno applicate varie tecniche dell' Accelerated Learning cosi' come tecniche di auto apprendimento.
