Brent Barton and Chris Sterling will instruct this 2-day course detailing the Product Owner role in applying the Scrum framework. Brent and Chris bring the subject to life using hands-on experiential training techniques, facilitated discussion, and real world experiences applying Scrum and helping others apply it. As producers of their own product,AgileEVM.com, they are able to bring their practical and pragmatic experiences to light to enhance the course instruction.
This training course is constructed in a way that also allows for going beyond the basics of the Product Owner role. Options include discussions on using Innovation Games® to gather customer feedback, advanced prioritization techniques, product roadmapping, storymapping, effective user story techniques, and tools like AgileEVM (hyperlink) for communicating release information to stakeholders.
