Practical Certified ScrumMaster Seminar
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

In this 2-days course you will learn how to guide a team, a project, or an organization into a process of rapid delivery of valuable results. Exercises, case studies, and examples are used to assist you to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities and insights needed to make the shift from traditional management practices to Scrum practices.

Schedule: 2 consecutive days 9:00am to 5:00pm with 3 breaks of 10 minutes and a 1 hour lunch break. Course Reading Materials are sent by email to registered participants in PDF format.
You are required to read these materials before the course starts.
You must have some familiarity with project management concepts. This course is appropriate for managers, team leads, project managers, product managers and anyone wishing to learn about the role of the agile project manager and process facilitator.
This course covers the materials necessary to be registered as a Certified ScrumMaster with the ScrumAlliance.
Please note that this course does not cover agile software engineering practices such as test-driven development and refactoring. This is a course about the agile process, projects, management and teams.
