Introduction to SCRUM

- This course fulfills the Introductory Scrum requirement on the Certified Scrum Developer track. It is not a CSM course.
This one-day workshop is essential for those who want to have a understanding of the scrum process and realize the benefits associated with it.
This course will also help to achieve one of the objectives (Objective One: Scrum Knowledge) towards being eligible for a Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification from Scrum Alliance.
The theory presented during the course is supported by a number of practical exercises and case study that demonstrate the scrum process.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to have an insight into:
