Certified ScrumMaster
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
This Course employs practical exercises, Case Studies and discussions to provide everything that a ScrumMaster needs to know to be able to facilitate a successful Scrum Project. Participants who complete the course successfully will be designated Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).This Certification includes membership in the Scrum Alliance, where additional materials and information is available exclusively to CSM’s. With 25 years Information technology experience, Peter has excellent experience working within very many diverse environments within both the Public and Private Sectors. He has specialised in the agile space since 1996 and has managed the implementation of some of the largest Agile transformations in the Public and Private sector both in the UK and internationally, including business (non IT) implementations of agile. Peter will be delivering this course in partnership with a Swedish agile expert, Per-Magnus Skoogh. Per-Magnus Skoogh is a director and co-founder of mPeira (www.mpeira.se, www.mpeira.com) which delivers agile coaching and training to various customers. Per-Magnus began working with agile approaches almost 15 years ago when he began using DSDM/Atern. He has since moved on to using multi-agile approaches based on Scrum, Lean, XP and DSDM Atern.

With 25 years experience as a Project and Programme Manager / Consultant within the Public and Private Sectors, Peter has excellent experience working within very many diverse environments. He has specialised in the agile space since 1996 and has managed the implementation of some of the largest Agile transformations in the Public and Private sector both in the UK and internationally. Peter has presented at numerous conferences on the subject of agile since early 2000, including Unicom events, the Agile Business Conference and Project Challenge. Peter is an accredited DSDM Atern trainer, Certified ScrumTrainer, APLN (Agile Project Leaders Network) Practitioner, and Prince2 Practitioner. Per-Magnus Skoogh is a director and co-founder of mPeira (www.mpeira.se, www.mpeira.com) which delivers agile coaching and training to various customers. Per-Magnus began working with agile approaches almost 15 years ago when he began using DSDM/Atern. He has since moved on to using multi-agile approaches based on Scrum, Lean, XP and DSDM Atern. Day-to-day Per-Magnus and his colleagues help projects and organisations become more effective by using agile values and practices. He has had an increasing interest in, and assignments focused on, the agile organization – how to make not just the projects agile – but also the rest of the organization. This means hands-on work with terms such as agile business product management, business agility and agile leadership around projects which is adds some additional benefit to the course. Per-Magnus was on the board of DSDM for a few years, both in Sweden and the UK (the International Board). He has written a number of well-received courses in agile methods and has quite a few certifications such as Scrum Master, Certified Agile Project Leader, DSDM Atern Practitioner and Trainer, Certified Agile Master, PMI PMP and more. Per-Magnus is currently writing a book with his colleagues with the working title “Agile for Managers – Business Benefit in Super Speed”.
