Scrum is a simple but powerfull agile management framework.  Key to its success is the role of the Product Owner: the Product Owner steers and guides the Scrym Project, bridges the gap between end customers, business and development/IT and is responsible for the return on Investment.  The product owner often combines the traditional role of project manager and product manager.

 This two day interaction course equips you with everuthing you need to know to be an effective product owner (or help an ineffective one become effective).  At the end of the class you will understand how you leverage Scrum to optimize customer satisfaction and technical excellence.   You will be able to create realistic release plans and know how you can help the team to increase its effectiveness (and productivity), level the workload and steer the project proactively.
