Certified ScrumMaster
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

Bob Schatz is a 26-year veteran in the field of enterprise software development and leadership. He has held leadership positions at GE/Lockheed-Martin, Liquent, Primavera Systems, and Solstice Software. Currently, Bob is the Owner of Agile Infusion, a consulting practice that helps large enterprises successfully adopt agile development practices. He began his practice as a result of leading the agile transition at Primavera and helping many other companies do the same. His clients include NASA, SAP, HP, Scripps Networks, Jewelry Television, Nortel, Intergraph, and a number of others. Bob is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Practitioner who was coached and mentored by Ken Schwaber and Bob Martin. Bob is a Master’s Degree Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania focusing on Organizational Dynamics.
Bob is a leader in successfully implementing agile development techniques, such as Scrum and XP, and driving culture changes in organizations. He and his team have been featured in a number of industry articles. Bob often speaks at industry events talking about the benefits and challenges of bringing agile techniques into an organization.
