This workshop is for people and organizations who have been doing Scrum for a while, feel they could be better, and want to do better Scrum or become more effective as a team or organization.

Have you been doing Scrum, but feel like your team is not producing the results it should? Is the way you do Scrum different from the what you learned in your CSM class? Is that good or bad? Is Scrum helping your organization improve its performance? What can you do to improve? Are you trapped in a difficult situation and want to get unstuck? How are other people solving the challenges of applying Scrum in the real world?

In this interactive workshop, you will evaluate your team performance,  review how your project and other projects do Scrum, compare your project to 'Scrum by the book', identify what is working and what is failing, and develop possible solutions to your problems. On the way you will refresh your understanding of Scrum. When you leave, you will have a clear vision of what to start doing differently on Monday morning and a medium term vision of how to improve your Scrum team.
