    What is Scrum?
Scrum is one of the most widely adopted agile frameworks. It is a simple, yet powerful way to boost team productivity, elevate quality, and accelerate project delivery. This course approach includes hands-on exercises, simulations and demonstrations for participants to practice putting ceremonies into action as well as artifact creation and refinement. Case studies are integrated into each class to reinforce agile principles and practices.

Though each CSPO course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Scrum Product Owner® courses focus on Scrum from a product owner's perspective. Graduates will receive the CSPO designation. All CSPO course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers.
