    Course Overview:

    This Course employs practical exercises, case studies and discussions to provide everything that a Scrum Product Owner needs to know to be able to drive a successful Scrum Project.

     

    Participants who complete the course successfully will be designated Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and this is the first step to becoming a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP). This Certification additionally includes a two-year membership of the Scrum Alliance.

     

    Though each CSPO course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Scrum Product Owner® courses focus on Scrum from a product owner's perspective. Graduates will receive the CSPO designation. All CSPO course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers.
