    This two-day interactive course equips you with all you need to know about being an effective Product Owner. At the end of the class, you will understand how you can leverage Scrum to optimise value creation and customer satisfaction. You will understand the Product Owner role, its authority and responsibility, and its interaction with the other Scrum roles. You will be able to create a product vision, stock and manage the product backlog, prioritise the backlog, and systematically refine requirements. You will also be able to create a realistic release and track the project progress.
    Objectives
    Each participant is trained to assume the responsibilities of a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
