    After completing this course, attendees of this seminar will have the foundations for managing a Product Backlog, working with a Scrum Team to create high-quality software, and for using the Scrum framework to build and deliver the right software.

    The learning objectives of this training are:

    1-     Describe the Scrum framework including process, meetings, and roles

    2-     How to write effectively and prioritize a good Product Backlog

    3-     How to do release planning of a project

    Though each CSPO course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Scrum Product Owner courses focus on Scrum from a product owner's perspective. Graduates will receive the CSPO designation. All CSPO course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers.

    Course Details

    Schedule: 2 consecutive days that start at 9:00am and end before 6:00pm with 3 breaks of 10 minutes and a 1 hour lunch break.

    Please note that this course does not cover agile software engineering practices such as test-driven development and refactoring.
