  • Who Should Attend

Ideal for team leads and project managers, specifically. This course is also great for developers, and is two of the five days required for the Certified Scrum Developer certification, and these days also qualify for two of the three days training required for the PMI ACP.

As the course covers how and why Scrum works, it has been very helpful for management and others involved in projects, such as QA.
