This class is taught by Jim York, one of the premier Certified Scrum Trainers in the world. Jim is also a Certified Scrum Coach, an expert in theory and practice, helping individuals and organizations implement Agile in the real world.

In a highly interactive 2-day workshop, you will gain a foundational understanding of the Scrum framework and hands-on practice applying Scrum in multiple settings and situations.
Through a combination of interactive presentations, problem-solving exercises, and team-structured simulations, you will:

Attendees who successfully complete the 2-day class will receive a paid 2-year membership in the Scrum Alliance and will be able to take the CSM test administered by the Scrum Alliance. The class fee covers 2 attempts to pass the CSM exam within 90 days of completing the class.

Anyone on a team who wishes to learn how to use Scrum to create or participate on high performing teams focused on rapid value delivery to customers. ScrumMasters, Product Owners, and other Scrum Team Members will benefit from this class.
At what time does the class start and end each day?
The class starts promptly at 9:00 AM each day and ends at 5:00 PM.
Are meals and refreshments included?
The following meals and refreshments are included in your class fee:
- A continental breakfast at 8:30 AM
- A set lunch
- Coffee and tea at mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks
- Iced water all day

What is the refund policy?
If YOU need to cancel within one week of the class, there is no refund. However, you may substitute another person to take your place in the class. How often have you cancelled a class?
FoxHedge has never cancelled a class. In the event that a situation beyond our control forces a cancellation, we will notify you through the contact information you provide with your registration and issue a full refund of any fees paid.
Can I get PDUs for this class?
PMPs can claim 14 PDUs for this class.
All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
