The event facilitator is Mishkin Berteig, one of the most experienced Scrum Trainers, Consultants and Coaches in the world (doing Agile and Scrum for over 15 years)!!!  Mishkin brings a wealth of experience to the class and can help you understand even the most difficult aspects of Scrum, apply it to real-life, and can share both great success and failure stories!

All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. • Who Should Attend

"The ScrumMaster Certification course was definitely the most engaging training I've attended thus far. It was extremely easy to grasp the concepts and formulate clear areas of improvement to take back to my company." - Senior Vice-President

Anyone!  Project Managers, Team Leads, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Functional Managers, Consultants, Executives!

If you have been doing Agile or Scrum for years, this course is a valuable reminder of the basics and details, is great for networking and learning from peers, and a great start to an intensive path of certification.

If you are considering using Scrum, this is a great opportunity to learn about the best circumstances to use Scrum, common challenges, what results to expect... and when not to use it!

Who should NOT attend: people who are looking for information to convince themselves or their managers to use Scrum.  This is not a Scrum promotion course.  We will not spend any significant time discussing the benefits of Scrum or trying to convince attendees to use Scrum.  If anything, we talk a lot about how hard it is to do Scrum well!
