Scrum is a team framework for building innovative products and successful execution of complex projects. Knowing Scrum is easy, but implementing it successfully is difficult. Many teams that adopt Scrum by their own, take only a portion of the benefits they could acquire. The most common reason is the importance given to the technique over the values and principles, thus losing much of the essence of Scrum. The key to being successful in the adoption of Scrum is to learn, experience and challenge it -all at the same time- with the assistance of a Scrum expert, credited as CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) by the Scrum Alliance.

    Workshop Description

Through this practical workshop you will achieve an immediate understanding of the values and principles of Scrum and how to apply in real situations through exercises, techniques and specific tools. Discover why a framework as simple as Scrum produces profound changes in the results of the team and the organization. You can transfer the learning to complex projects in contexts of high uncertainty and changing requirements.

After successfully completion of the workshop, you will have access to the Certified ScrumMaster exam. An online mutiple-choice exam of 35 questions.
