    In this 2-days course you will learn how to guide a team, a project, or an organization into a process of rapid delivery of valuable results. Exercises, case studies, and examples are used to assist you to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities and insights needed to make the shift from traditional management practices to Scrum practices.

    The specific learning objectives are the following:  

    • Start, plan and guide a Scrum project.
    • Agile release planning with user stories and story points.
    • Motivate and facilitate Scrum Teams during Sprint planning, review and retrospectives.
    • Identify, involve and facilitate collaboration between the different stakeholders in a Scrum project.
    • Create an environment that enables creativity and performance of a Scrum team.

     

    All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

    Course Details

    Schedule: 2 consecutive days that start at 9:00am and end before 6:00pm with 3 breaks of 10 minutes and a 1 hour lunch break.

    Please note that this course does not cover agile software engineering practices such as test-driven development and refactoring.

    This Certified ScrumMaster seminar is intended to anyone who wants a deep understanding of Scrum.
